Cutler-Orosi Joint Unified School District (COJUSD) participates in the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA).

In accordance with Public Contract Code Sections 22030–22045, COJUSD invites licensed and qualified contractors to register for inclusion on the District’s CUPCCAA Informal Bidders List.

This list allows the District to notify eligible contractors of informal bid opportunities for public works projects.

Contractors wishing to be added to the District’s CUPCCAA Bidders List must complete and submit the:

Contractors must provide the following:

• Company name and complete mailing address

• Contact name, phone number(s), email address, and fax (if applicable)

• Contractor License Number(s) and License Classification(s)

• Type(s) of work contractor is interested and currently licensed to perform

• Trades or specialties, including but not limited to:

  • General Engineering

  • General Building

  • Electrical

  • Plumbing

  • Mechanical

  • HVAC

  • Concrete

  • Earthwork

  • Demolition

  • Carpentry

  • Landscaping

  • Masonry

  • Painting

  • Roofing

  • Paving

  • Other specialty classifications accepted by CSLB

Once a contractor is approved and placed on the District’s CUPCCAA list, they will receive notifications of upcoming informal bids for applicable public works and capital improvement projects.
