The Board’s regular meetings will be conducted at Cutler-Orosi Joint Unified School District Office – Board Room located at 12623 Avenue 416 Orosi CA 93647 on the Second Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m., unless otherwise posted.

The 2025 board-approved dates are as follows:

• Thursday, January 16, 2025 - Third Thursday (due to winter break)

• Thursday, February 13, 2025 - Second Thursday – El Monte Middle School Presentation

• Thursday, March 13, 2025 - Second Thursday – Alternative Ed. Schools Presentation

• Thursday, April 10, 2025 - Second Thursday – Orosi High School Programs Presentations. The meeting will be held at Orosi High School

• Thursday, April 24, 2025 – Fourth Thursday. The meeting will include College of the Sequoias President Presentation and Orosi High School Senior Voice Session. The meeting will be held at Orosi High School

• Thursday, May 8, 2025 - Second Thursday. The meeting will include district retirement recognitions. The meeting will be held at Orosi High School beginning at 3:30 p.m.

• Thursday, June 12, 2025 – Second Thursday. The meeting will include Public Hearing presentations on the LCAP and Budget.

• Wednesday, June 18, 2025 – Third Wednesday, Approval of LCAP and Budget (Budget deadline June 15)

• July – No scheduled meeting

• Thursday, August 14, 2025 - Second Thursday

• Thursday, September 11, 2025 - Second Thursday

• Thursday, October 9, 2025 - Second Thursday

• Thursday, November 13, 2025 – Second Thursday
